Early Tin Syrup Container - ON SALE (SOLD)

This tin measures approximately 6 1/2" high and a diameter of 3 1/4" at the base. There is a flat bottom and a removeable crude tin cap. All the seams are soldered as well as the attached loop handle (typical of mid-19th century construction). Overall in nice condition with only some minor wear and very light surface rust. This piece would go great in an officers or soldiers camp display.
